Description 16- station collating machine with Amris system Cris cross. Flap folding unit. Solit tri knife feeder + Frontero guillotine. Produces flap books in a single pass. Amris: a sheet thickness reader & photocell that takes pictures & detects damaged sheets color incorrect & more. It also has a barcode & function densitometer! The Solit tri-knife feeder loads the open cover, traces & folds flaps & is assembled first on the Frontero. The front & back covers are then removed & "faced" before being transferred to the Solit, which cuts the top&bottom edges, producing flap books in single pass! In production in South America. Excellent: 1° owner!
